He is currently a System Analyst II for XXXX where he is responsible for converting user business requirements to SA design, he is the one designing the system and all the features needed. His job duty here consists of 50% hands on coding as well. Before this, he was an Assistant Technical Manager for XXXX and managed the development and maintenance of React-Native and Native mobile applications. He was also a System Analyst and Application Developer for XXXX before. He was also an Application/Game Developer for XXXX before where he developed some mobile games in Japan.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be mobile application development and also Python as his best programming. For the overall skills, he is pretty good at managing different tasks feature by feature to deliver to different department to work on.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has around 9+ years of experience in the industry and had some background already in product management during his time with XXXX. For the gaming, he had experience and was involved in game design, development, up until the publishing and launch. He doesn’t have much experience developing 4X games but has knowledge and plays it as well. Has worked with some Chinese clients before so he has knowledge about the China market.
