1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been in Hong Kong for about 5 ½ years and currently working in the technology graduate program as a trainee and has rotated across three different teams already; she has been working in the banking industry, XXXX, for the past two years and have been into the investment side and security services where she dealt with pricing collateral and derivatives, she was handling the development side of the system that helps with the company. She also was into regulatory reporting with a bit of development and BA kind of roles. She is now with the architecture team and trying to help bring big technologies into the bank and establish it on the enterprise level. Before that, she had interned for another bank, XXXX, and worked with their equities, derivatives, and technology teams. She was helping there with their synthetics products development and in-house system related to traders.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be on the technology side, especially development work would be her expertise. She is proficient with Java, rates herself a 3.5-4 out of 5, and cloud technologies particularly Google. She is also proficient with Python and considers it her mother tongue in software development. Her interest would be on the finance side and product-related systems.    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost 2 years of professional experience in software development side. She is proficient with Python 3.9 and is using this in current company and rates herself a 4-4.6 out of 5 when it comes to it. She’s also familiar with Linux scripting and JSON. Can definitely work with PostgreSQL and has mostly used SQL and MongoDB. Good with new product conceptualization and implementation.
