Interview Assessment Notes

1. He started his IT job when he was 17 years old and making a on-prem servers, he also managing a cloud server at that time. Currently in XXX, creating some servers in the IT room, creating architecture within the IT room. Apart from that, he used to also handle a lot of support cases, L1 support in XXX and some for XXX
2. He is good at networking fundamentals, servers, hardware, and some network clouds. Also good at communication.
3. In Science Park wise they used a fiber optics cables back in 2016, and then they used to run test demo. His job was to coordinate with the engineers and then build up the server in the office and then put the whole group policy, put the whole architecture on it , DNS and everything. They used to make backup server architectures or file sharing architectures for video editors to move their data very quickly. He used to make the servers and then, test them. And then the next day they took that data and presented it to clients. Afterwards he went to XXX the XXX, which is a telecommunications company. He had two offers, one as a network engineer and, one at XXX. At that point, he just took XXX because it was a little bit more famous. He took that one as a customer support and VIB customer service agent.
4. He did a lot of customer service part-time jobs and building managements where we used to just be in the server room and then like helping the company, the management, also call the engineers.
5. He also has a background in electrical engineering. He was a craftsman trainee. The company actually taught him a lot of skills as well, for handyman and stuff like fixing lights, opening up printers, and small appliances. and then also used to build PCs and sell them.
