- Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers? How about the previous companies and jobs?
Main operations from his previous jobs were more on IT platforms and has managed Cisco and Apple Business Manager etc. Power based solutions has been very popular these days he was able to some migration projects in his previous jobs, and He was working in XXXXXX as a Regional Trading Floor Support responsible for building and leading the new team and relationship of the BAU, documentations. Has experience in optimizing VPN and Wi-Fi connections as well.
- He has a long track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, within budget by effectively organising, managing, and utilising all resources in new office setup and upgrading Windows platforms such as Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, VMware VDI, Hyper-V, Server 2012, Windows 10 and etc.
- He helped implement IT Service Management Process with the APAC team and helps maintain the team for BAU to meet the SLAs (Request/Incident Management). He also oversees and administesr different platforms such as Snow, ticketing, Office 365, iOS – Apple Business manager, Cisco CUCM, Zoom, Webex, SCCM, MobileIron, PingID, Citrix Director for XenApp/XenDesktop environment of the virtual machines.
- In his previous job he has lead teams and projects in trainings on IT user education to facilitate VIPs and normal users for Windows 10 migration from Windows 7, iPhone (Migration of Blackberry Work, Air Watch, VMware Workspace, Sign&Go, Office 365 deployment)
