- He is currently working in XXX as IT Helpdesk Supervisor. He has a team of 15 members, and they are supporting 5,000 internal users in their company. They are providing Lvl 1 to Lvl2 support.
- His main duty is to supervise the whole team for the daily IT operations. He also does the support like using Active directory for monitoring of staff accounts, password resetting, use remote VPN for supporting their end users for some trouble shooting hardware and software. He is also in charge with the IT infrastructure, setting up firewalls, security doing installation and configuration for their servers.
- He was working in XXX for 3 years as, In Store System and Technology support. That is why he is very familiar with the apple products. He can troubleshoot, fixing servers, like there’s some instance that he needs to install software to configure their apple servers.
- He is willing to work in a shifting schedule, but he didn’t prefer to work on fixed graveyard shift.
