Graduated from XXXX where he studied in Cloud and Data Center Administration. He was contacted by XXXX for some internships and eventually joined them for full time as a Customer Operations Engineer III. After that, he joined XXXX where he worked as a Datacenter Technician for about a year then worked for a Mainland China company as a Network Technical Specialist where he provided technical support to clients via email, live chat, ticketing system, and phone call. He is now with XXXX as a Service Desk Technician where he is responsible for responding to customers’ enquiries via email, call or ticketing system.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his great data center technician skills including remote hands for customers rack and stack installation, cross connection, and configuration as well. He is also good with customer service and can sell data center products confidently to customers.
