   He has 30 years of experience in banking, finance, and the public sector, making significant contributions to Hong Kong's financial infrastructure and payment systems. His work includes projects such as the RTGS payment settlement software and the Hong Kong Faster Payment System. He has extensive technical expertise in architecture design and the development of IT projects related to financial product payments and querying systems. Currently, he is with XXXX, a digital bank primarily owned by Tencent, where he leads infrastructure architecture design and operations management. His responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure development and architecture design reviews for payment settlement systems. Before joining Fusion Bank, he worked at XXXX (XXXX), managing system development for the RTGS system. He led infrastructure development projects using technologies such as mainframe systems, open platforms like AIX, Linux, and Windows, as well as middleware solutions like IBM WebSphere MQ and Swift messaging. Additionally, he has experience in database management, including Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.
