1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has around 14 years of experience as a support resource. His last role was with XXXX under XXXX where he was again a Sr. Application Support L2 where he was handling around 16 team members, handled clients in Australia, Korea, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Previously, he was a senior application support and technical support at XXXX where he’s handling some top performing clients all over the world. Before that, he was working in XXXX at a senior application support tier 2 and system analyst supporting major business clients. He is also a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate and is very detail oriented and well-organized team player.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be in the support application technologies such as Java, Oracle, Azure, Postman, and Sharepoint. Rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 as someone in the IT Industry.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 13+ years of overall experience in the IT industry and has handled a team of 10 before. Has strong development skills in Java. Proficient as well with Agile Methodology and has experienced being involved in large scale projects.
