   He has over 20 years of industry experience and is currently the Assistant IT Manager at  XXXX, overseeing a team of eight service agents providing IT support to the university community. His role includes managing projects such as integrating AI solutions into call centers and kiosks, setting up a new teaching studio, and overseeing daily IT operations, budget monitoring, procurement, and facility management. He also maintains IT documentation like SOPs and user guides. Previously, he worked as an IT Service Manager at ServiceOne, handling projects like Windows 10 upgrades and Office 365 migrations, and as an IT manager at XXXX, where he managed IT services for over 3,000 users across Asia.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skill lies in service delivery, including managing IT services, project management, and overall operations. He is well-versed in IT services based on ITIL standards and has significant experience with ServiceNow, utilizing it to manage IT tickets, incidents, and more.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
