   He has over two years of experience in the IT field and holds a bachelor's and master's degree. He worked as a mechanical engineer for a year, focusing on project management and gaining exposure to data management and dashboard creation. His interest in the IT industry led him to develop skills in Python and join an IT consulting firm. then, he is employed with XXXX and is outsourced to various companies. Later, In his first assignment at XXXX, he worked as a software engineer, automating configuration tasks for the Sydney Metro line system. He is currently working as a business analyst at XXXX, where his primary responsibilities include data investigations to ensure compliance with data control requirements and mitigate risks across various systems.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is skilled in project management and stakeholder management, having worked on project-based tasks throughout his career, including engineering projects with strict timelines. He excels at managing these timelines and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. In terms of technical abilities, he is proficient in Python, particularly for ETL projects. He has also worked with Power BI to create dashboards, and his data-related skills include Python, SQL, and Power BI, making him well-versed in these areas.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   With his relevant experience and knowledge. He has experience with laptops, desktops, and IT peripherals but with a stronger focus on systems management. Currently working as a Data Analyst, he handles Power BI for reporting purposes in a major project. He managed an Excel database, performing computations before structuring the data into a wide schema within Power BI. He created dashboards to visualize key metrics, such as the distribution of employees across sectors like finance, retail, and utilities, as well as analyzing their experience and age. In addition, he has experience using various Excel formulas, SQL databases, and ServiceNow for supporting site issues.
