He first started his career in three small companies of contractors and subcontractors. After that, he joined XXXX in Hong Kong as a Data Center Engineer/Site Engineer where he is managing about 7-8 data center sites and handling the layout up to cutover or migration. They are the ones who gets equipment from XXXX warehouse, install them on the available space, power them up, and do basic commission and integration then proceeds them to migration.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be implementation, especially doing new implementations. If he have a hardware in hand, he can easily install new system in any site with it. He is also proficient with installation, integration, and commissioning. Good with fiber cabling and maintenance of systems as well.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has 12 years of experience in the infrastructure side and has the basics to work in NOC. Have the basic training of CCNA for several months so he’s very familiar with OSI layers and TCP/IP models. Experienced with data transmission network operation principles and equipment; he’s expert with transmission of OSN or OTN. Also familiar with Cisco equipment, Huawei routers, etc. Good with networking principles and protocols. His last big project was in IP/MPLS networks, also familiar with DWDM.
