Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He moved in Hong Kong way back 2015 and took up his basic qualifications and degree in Pakistan. His first job in Hong Kong was with XXXX as a System Engineer where he provided the services to different shops with their own PCs and own systems. He was the one to check and maintain all their systems and after that, moved to XXXX as a Data Center Operations Specialist and was responsible in building all their infrastructure. He then switched to XXXX as an IT Support Engineer where he helped them in migrating their systems and gave services to 150 people in Hong Kong and few in Macau; he worked here on different tickets and resolve issues. He is currently with XXXX as a Data Center Engineer and he’s helping them in decommissioning all the devices and updating all their devices.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be troubleshooting the physical layers/devices in data center including layer one/layer two. He has also worked on routers and has been working closely with network teams as well. Rates himself a 4-4.5 out of 5 when it comes to IT Infrastructure in general. He’s also knowledgeable with MS Office 365 and all. He has been preparing for the CCNA examinations and has reviewed all the topics for it.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has the basics to work in NOC and has great knowledge of OSI layers and TCP/IP models; also good with troubleshooting them. Good with data network operation principles and equipment; also proficient with networking principles and protocols including routing and such. Good with IP/MPLS networks and DWDM as well.
