1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He graduated with Computer Science degree and mostly works in data center and network operations for his whole career and experience, he worked in India initially and later on, moved to Hong Kong. He is now with XXXX as a Technical Analyst where he is working in a command center positions as first line responders for any technical issues/problems. They also have a change management team that handles any implementation, introduction of new product, new tech features, application, and update so they are the ones who coordinate with them on first line support as well. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Datacenter Operations Specialist – Lead where he monitored and maintained data center equipment to ensure client’s uptime standards, also provided on-site troubleshooting of enterprise server hardware. Was also a Datacenter Operation Specialist for XXXX and also was involved with data center equipment and IBM cloud’s uptime standards.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be network operations to managing the network and the data center operations because he’s been working on these domains for his whole experience. He’s also good with data center facility management since he was a lead before for the data of operations so he overlooked those as well.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has strong experience with installation and implementation of server hardware platforms for any hardware brands including Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Supermicro, and others. Great with both server rack and stack, hardware configurations, network cabling, and also troubleshooting since he has been doing these things since the start of his career. Very knowledgeable with hardware components and different server management software as well including ServiceNow and others. Has CCNA although it was few years ago already and is preparing to take CCNP.
