He is currently working with XXXX as an Asset Technician and Datacenter Specialist and later on moved to the inventory team where he was involved with handling customer inquiries, customer orders, building servers, racking and deracking, and troubleshooting as well. Before this, he was with XXXX as an NOC Engineer where he is handling data services, maintain inventory, and also logistics.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be more on the data center and satellite field. He would be proficient in all areas because he is always keen to learn whatever the job requires. He also has great perseverance and do not want to fail in any work that he does. Rates himself a 3.5-4 out of 5 when it comes to data center operations and satellite field.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Has worked as a NOC Engineer before so has the basics to work in NOC. Also familiar with OSI and TCP/IP models and has the ample knowledge about it. Also has good understanding of data transmission network operation principles and equipment. Has basic networking principles and protocols. Also familiar with IP/MPLS networks and OTN/DWDM but not much.
