  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He has overall 3+ years of experience in the IT industry including his internship experience for about half a year. He was previously with XXXX where he was
     responsible for providing front-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users within the organization and also their clients. He is also involved in diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktop hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking both onsite and remotely; also handled incident management by logging, tracking, and resolving technical issues via a ticketing system, ServiceNow. Aside from that, he is also tasked with installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems, applications, and peripherals, performing routine maintenance and system updates, and ensuring compliance with security policies. Lastly, he was also helping or assisting in user access management, including password resets and permissions, and provide guidance to users on software applications and best practices. Before this, he had internship experience with XXXX as an IT Support Technician where he was also in charge of resolving any issues both hardware and software for desktop, laptops, and such. 
     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be his s
    trong communication and customer service skills on top of providing timely updates and resolutions to end-users. He is also good with document incidents, resolutions, and system maintenance and has a solid understanding of Windows operating systems, MS Office Suite, and networking fundamentals, with familiarity in Active Directory and remote desktop support tools. He recently got his CompTIA A+ and is planning to take up ITIL as well soon. Has bit of knowledge with macOS and mobile device management.
