1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Studied Higher Diploma in Electronic and Information Engineering in XXXX and also had his Bachelor’s in XXXX in Materials Engineering. During his time there, he was a Part-time Research Assistant for them where he was in charge of Labview programming and automation of the laboratory and some equipment. After that, he went to Shenzhen for his internship and was also a Full-time Research Assistant for XXXX as well. He then started his own startup in Hong Kong Science Park to do electronic products and after several years, joined XXXX as an Electronic Engineer where he was in charge of 2 projects, one is 60 gigahertz and the other one is 140 gigahertz. He also has to use Python to do some training and get some data, also for RF engineering and component sourcing. He is mostly involved with prototyping up to mass production.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be system design in electronic systems since this is what he has been doing for the past 4-5 years of his career. He is also good with optimization of the production line and does lots of research and development in his last role.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has great experience and knowledge with PCBAs and is doing schematics up until PCB layout/design since he is mostly involved in prototyping up to mass production. Reads lot of datasheets as well; good with test equipment including electronic microscope, analyser, temperature regulator, and DAQ; also good with lithium battery testing machine and low resistance analyser. He is also the one who writes and generates technical data reports. Very good with PCB soldering and rework and has built more than 300 prototypes before in Hong Kong Science Park. Knowledgeable with both digital and analog circuit.
