1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as an Electronics Manager for XXXX where he is involved with new product development while still also working on old products Before this, he was with XXXX as a General Manager where they are handling customers worldwide and develop new products with patent; he handled around 15-30 person in the R&D team, he is also responsible for transferring the product to production and ensure smooth transition to the production line. He was also an Assistant Factory Operation Manager for XXXX where he setup their budget and implement cost control as well. Before this, he was with XXXX as an Electronic & R&D Manager where he was involved in all engineering projects such as designing electronic software and hardware. Started off as an R&D Electronic Engineer for a contractual role in the XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be hardware design and PCB layout using ADO and Protel 99. He’s also good with working on new products and handling customers around the world, has good hands-on experience with production as well and monitoring different departments.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has great hands-on experience with hardware FPGA and also PCBA. He is also experienced with lab test equipment such as ITS, EMC lab testing and problem-solving for their products. Also the one doing the technical reports and they have to do it every day in his past roles. Well-versed with schematics, board layouts, and also datasheets. Familiar with both digital and analog circuit.
