1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has about 10 years of experience in IT and data center. His previous job was with XXXX as an Engineer where he provided Data Centre Infrastructure for XXXX. He is also responsible for the maintenance, and with Cisco switch migration. Before this, he was with XXXX as a System Engineer where he mostly performed network maintenance. He also worked with XXXX as an Assistant Engineer where he mostly learned about NOC, DWDM, optical maintenance and such.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be in Cisco switches and routers, also good with DWDM. Good with some networking, cabling, and switch replacements since this is what he has been doing for the past few years of his career.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 7+ years of experience in the NOC industry and has the basics of NOC. Good with OSI, TCP/IP models and has great understanding of data transmission network operation principles and equipment. Also well-verse with networking principles and protocols. Proficient with IP/MPLS networks and DWDM data transmission networks.
