1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been working in the telecom field for over 30 years now and started off with XXXX as an Assistant Network Engineer; he joined them first as a technician and was responsible for the data center management and cabling team. After that, he has joined XXXX as a Network Engineer where he managed cabling team that supports their data centre cabling activity. After several years, he joined XXXX where he was also responsible for data centre operations including network monitoring, installation, etc. His last role was with the same company but as a Field Engineer Professional where he is mostly responsible for field service installation and maintenance support.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great knowledge and experience of telecoms industry since he has been working in it for over 30 years. He is also able to handle projects and deliver it on schedule. He is mostly in data centre operations.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been in the telco for several years so he’s very knowledgeable with OSI, TCP/IP models, data transmission network operation principles, and networking principles/protocols. He is also quite familiar with all Cisco products since he is a CCNP.
