1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 5 years of experience in the IT field and is currently doing freelance work. In his previous roles, he handled various IT tasks, including providing technical support, managing IT-related inquiries, and assisting with vendor communications. He has experience in supporting systems, such as Windows, and handling hardware replacements and software upgrades. He worked in a full-time technical support role at a Hong Kong company, where his responsibilities included setting up conference rooms, troubleshooting IT issues, and supporting staff with their technical needs. He has also worked in a role where he was responsible for replacing laptops, ensuring they met company standards, and transferring data to new devices. Additionally, he has experience monitoring server and IT system status. He is skilled in IT infrastructure support and enjoys tackling technical challenges to ensure smooth operations.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include handling user requests and resolving IT issues. He has experience in communicating with third parties, particularly regarding IT server-related matters, and is confident in his ability to manage communication effectively.
