    She has 12 years of experience in the industry. Currently, she works as an IT Help Desk Agent at XXXX, where the organization operates on a 24/7 basis with teams in Sweden and Poland. Prior to joining the global help desk team, she worked as an IT Specialist at XXXX. She has experience in both help desk and site/field support roles. In the help desk team, she gained solid hardware skills and familiarity with standard operating procedures. Working in a dynamic setting, she developed the ability to respond quickly to unexpected incidents, coordinating effectively with second-line support and incident management teams to ensure timely issue resolution in line with SLA requirements

  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Her expertise would be in first-tier remote support, site and field support, and store IT support. Without an academic background in IT, she built her expertise from the ground up after joining the IT team at XXXX. Through hands-on experience and continuous learning, she developed strong technical and problem-solving skills, earning positive feedback from users. Her role in site and field support involved extensive collaboration with stakeholders, including accounting, leasing, and marketing teams, particularly during store openings and POS upgrades.
