1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working with XXXX as an ICT Engineer with their main customer being XXXX where he is helping to build data centres from scratch; he is mainly doing power and network patching requests, write the device, and do the cabling for those devices. They also have to run fibre cables, Ethernet cables, and power cables then make sure everything is up and running. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Data Centre Specialist where it’s pretty much the same with XXXX; since he has no experience yet back then with data centres, he had to start from scratch, build servers for customer orders and also had to troubleshoot, monitor tickets received from customers, and ensure that they are up-to-date with their tickets. They are also involved in hardware replacements, networking issues, build servers and rack them up to have it ready for customer deployment. He worked his way up in that company and later on was a Shift Lead for them where he was in charge of training new hires in APAC, then later on moved to the inventory department and did reporting as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his team player and teamwork skills; he is confident in leading a team as well and great in delivering projects without issues and in a timely manner. In terms of the technologies and tools, he is great with Microsoft Excel since he spends most of his work there.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has over 9 years of experience being in the IT Infrastructure and data centres. He has experience with both Dell and Lenovo servers especially during his last company. Has worked on data centres so he’s knowledgeable already with server rack and stack, hardware configuration, network cabling, and troubleshooting as well. Good with hardware configuration and for server management platform, they mostly use ServiceNow.
