Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is originally from UK and went to Hong Kong for over 20 years now. He worked for a company called XXXX in Hong Kong where he worked for a different role/responsibility. He started as a Software Engineer then Systems Engineer, later on was promoted as a Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Development Manager, and then since 2001 until 2015, he was a Systems Engineer for them where he mostly handled Unix machines. He is currently the director/IT consultant for XXXX where he handles lots of consulting projects through Hong Kong solution providers with the end customers being major banks and airlines in Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill is taking up a project to challenge from a customer and working out how to do that certain project. He is also proficient with several list of protocols, programming in C, C++, and Java. His main area is integrating mainframes into a modern environment using middleware. He is also knowledgeable with Active Directory, Apache DS.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Has strong knowledge with Windows servers and can do network installs from the old versions to the latest ones especially Windows 11. Has worked as well for Linux, uses it only sometimes for certain customers and has done some projects with Oracle, has touched a bit of PowerShell also.
