1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a senior college student at XXXX majoring in Computer Information Technology. His current role is with XXXX as an IT Product Manager where he assists in the development of product strategies for a network disk full-platform. Before this, he was involved in lots of IT support roles including hardware/software support. He first started as XXXX as an IT Support where he provided daily support for both teachers and students. After that, he had his summer job with XXXX also providing technical support and troubleshooting for students. Then his internship with XXXX, he also was doing IT support resolving an average of 40 tickets weekly; mostly handling configuration and troubleshooting of network devices.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be hardware-software configuration such as system administration. He is also proficient with cybersecurity since he has done this for two years before. Has good knowledge with firewall, penetration test, also proficient with software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and software implementation.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has 2+ years of experience in IT Industry and has good knowledge of IT systems and applications; can say he’s 4/5 in it. He also has several IT support/helpdesk experiences with different company and institutions dating from last year up until this year. He can rate himself a perfect score of 5 in this area. Aside from that, he is also knowledgeable with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP since it falls under networking which he has great knowledge of. Has great knowledge of general IT and has strong background in it. He’s a 4 out of 5 when it comes to knowledge and familiarity of general IT hardware components.
