His roles have included technical support, issue resolution, project management, system upgrades, and scheduling solutions. In addition to technical tasks, he has managed budgeting, system purchases, expense forecasting, and team scheduling. He also collaborates with the sales department to enhance project delivery, oversees project execution, and provides ongoing technical and operational support.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in system administration, focusing on infrastructure and network management. He also considers software his strongest area since technical knowledge is easily accessible online, and he continuously learns to improve his expertise. He emphasizes the importance of diagnosing issues based on end users' descriptions, understanding the context, and applying his knowledge to various business sectors, such as financial or data-driven industries.
