1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in Hong Kong for the past 25 years and started off when he joined XXXX as an IT Engineer where he managed seven offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and Sydney. He frequently travelled during that time because he’s the only one in APAC and other team is in US; he mostly travelled for big migrations or major issues, he handled most of their stuff with vendors and IT team. After that, got some break and did several certifications in networking, project management and security. After that, he joined XXXX as a Systems Specialist where he mostly worked with the US office to get things done in security, network, and desktop support stuff. Then he had to move to XXXX where he managed the IT in Hong Kong and Australia, he did desktop support for them with an outsourced company, XXXX; they built machines, reimage machines, troubleshoot support in the network team, and almost everything regarding IT he was involved. His last role was with XXXX as an IT Specialist where he was responsible for supporting globally via remote, with all their tools and applications all managed remotely as well. He also had good exposure with new technologies and used lots of development tools, cloud-based software; he managed three cloud windows and managing, costing, and giving users admin access for Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be desktop support systems and a bit of security since he has been doing these for mostly his career years. He can also be a good IT manager and system admin and has experience not only in Hong Kong, but also in China, Australia, Singapore, and Japan so he understands the culture and how to get things done. Done a bit of data center stuff as well.    
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been in the IT industry for about 15+ years, experienced already with installing/implementing server hardware platforms in different rack servers, good with server rack and stack, hardware configuration, network cabling, and troubleshooting although for the past 2 years, he’s mostly working on cloud so he might need some refreshers. Knowledgeable with hardware components, have experience in HP, Dell, and also Lenovo; in terms of certifications, he did several certifications related to security, cloud, and networking.
