   He has seven years of experience in the IT field, beginning his career in 2017. His journey started with XXXX Company, a prominent gaming organization renowned in Macau and across the Asia-Pacific region, including Singapore and Malaysia. During his time there, he gained exposure to the gaming industry and worked on IT support roles, including service lines and hotline operations. Later, he joined XXXX , where he worked as a helpdesk professional for eight months. Prior to XXXX , he worked with ProTech Technologies, a local system integration company, serving diverse clients, including retail businesses and global brands, managing IT support for their operations across Hong Kong.

   He excels in interpersonal and soft skills, emphasizing effective communication and gathering information from users. His adaptability ensures tasks are completed efficiently, and he strives to make others feel comfortable, particularly in a service desk environment.
