1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has been in contract roles until now. Currently, he is in his current role, where he is the primary point of contact for users. It is essentially a one-man show in the company, as he has a lot of tasks surrounding him, but there are areas where others do not assist him at all. For his level and job, he primarily handles Level 1 and Level 2 support, sometimes even Level 3. Most of the time, his tasks include password resets, accessing shared drives, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Additionally, he coordinates with the printer vendor to configure the new printer server.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills is his ability to solve any problem that comes his way. He is confident in his capability to handle issues, only stopping when it involves special rights from the server end or switches that need vendor intervention. For instance, one user has mentioned that he is the only one able to resolve her case, as previous attempts by others were unsuccessful. They would simply advise restarting the machine, but he is able to address the issue effectively.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 10 years of experience using ServiceNow, including in his current company, and he has worked with Active Directory for account creation. He believes ServiceNow is very precise in identifying users and managing event trees since ServiceNow is a highly effective software for tracking inventory. Additionally, he finds the company's approach to locking cases, which aims to generate revenue, to be effective.
