He is currently a Media Consultant for XXXX where his main responsibility is to do room checks every day and make sure that all video conferencing devices and computer are all working; if there are any issues he will raise a ticket and troubleshoot it himself or raise it to L3 if he cannot resolve it. He also needs to support all APAC accounts in terms of their multimedia and event stuff, also involved with hardware or software configurations, and computer issues support. Previously, he was with XXXX and XXXX, mostly doing the same time. He started off with more technical roles such as Audio Engineer and Sound Technician.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be IT support in general since he has been doing this since the start of his career; he mostly does troubleshooting and is involved with hardware/software of multimedia stuff. He also started with Audio Engineering so he is also knowledgeable in that area.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He is quite familiar with different rack servers including HP, Dell, and Lenovo since he works on this on his current role. Also good with hardware configurations, troubleshooting, and also knowledgeable with some server management software.
