   He has 18 years of experience in the IT field, currently handling tasks independently. He is experienced in desk-side finance support and collaborates with his manager and senior engineer for inventory management, including hardware such as laptops, network equipment, and access control systems. His responsibilities include overseeing door access, managing onboarding and offboarding procedures, and preparing laptops for new joiners while ensuring timely offboarding processes. He has solid experience with Service Layer Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and has worked with companies like XXXX focusing on network and television services. Additionally, he occasionally handles external infrastructure tasks, including cable connections and network maintenance.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His expertise is in hardware and audio-video equipment support with expertise in DNS and domain management. Currently, he manages call infrastructure projects involving AWS, GWS, and GCP, handling support tasks, deployments, and infrastructure needs. His advanced IT support includes project management tasks like setting up email, web services, and domain configurations for smooth service deployment.
