His role involves monitoring processes in the Hong Kong region before escalating unresolved issues to the headquarters in Paris. Additionally, he manages in-house IT support, including staff onboarding, hardware inventory, decommissioning, and application support for office tools and market data systems like Pimples. Previously, he worked at XXXX as an IT officer, handling network security, information security protocols, and application issues. Before that, he spent eight years at the Hong Kong Institute as an IT supervisor, managing IT support and participating in IT security projects, including firewalls and endpoint security. His earlier roles include system engineering at XXXX, promoting IT products such as Kodak document imaging, and working as a support analyst at XXXX, where he monitored airport systems, including weather and flight plan systems.
