1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 10 years of experience in IT, mainly in infrastructure, working with tasks like SCCM, file sharing, and managing Azure accounts. He’s been part of a server team, working on server management and team collaboration. He contributed to a key project in 2020 and has experience with server upgrades, including DC upgrades, managing FSM roles, and addressing DFS synchronization and firewall issues. He focuses on account management, security and ensuring secure IT environment. 
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has a strong knowledge of SCCM and Azure Active Directory with experience in online services. His expertise in SSCM Express and Azure. Also, he is proficient in WSUS, server patching, and app updates for virtual machines. His experience also includes backup management for Office 365 mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint sites, and various other backups.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He is proficient in Office 365, Windows Server (2008/2012/2016/2019/2022), and ITSM Jira. In his recent role, he managed Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, firewall, hybrid AD, Azure, and O365 account administration. He also has experience with Windows 11 which played a key role in a project upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11, including assisting with SCCM upgrades for the OS transition.
