  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He has over 22 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he has been working at TCS for nearly three years, handling service center operation. Before joining XXXX, he worked in the city capital area and previously at another company, where he provided IT support, managed Ethernet tickets, and assisted users with software and hardware issues, including laptop repairs. Prior to that, he was with XXXX on a government contract, where he handled printer setups, Lotus email configurations, and direct customer support. His roles have consistently involved troubleshooting and escalating complex issues to higher support levels when required.

  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    His strongest skills are in the IT field, with five to six years of job experience in this field. Key strengths include communication skills, software proficiency, and problem-solving. While the technical expertise is solid, there is room for further experience and skill development.

  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    In his current company, his responsibilities include providing Tier 1 support, logging user tickets, and escalating issues to Level 2 support when necessary. He assists users through ServiceNow and works to resolve technical problems efficiently. He has experience in service desk management, particularly with ServiceNow, which is used daily for ticketing, issue tracking, and follow-ups. He is knowledgeable in system setup and troubleshooting, including Microsoft 365 and Windows systems. Additionally, he has basic experience with M365, printing systems, and is familiar with ITIL principles although he haven’t had the experience.
