1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the IT industry for about 27 years now and has started his career as a helpdesk moving towards engineer support and all they to top management where he supports infrastructure mostly for local companies, cross countries, regional, and even global companies. He has done mostly infrastructure design for them. Some of his previous companies are XXXX and XXXX where he redesigned the Microsoft Active Directory for the whole company. His most recent role was with XXXX where he was brought in to build practically everything from scratch since they don’t have an IT department, he realigned, fixed all the problems, create policies, frameworks, and security; after some time, they were acquired by XXXX so he transitioned there and completed the entire infrastructure migration for them.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be infrastructure, in the side of security. Also good with Microsoft-based systems like Windows Server, Workstation, and considers himself a jack of all trades since he has done lots of positions and jobs already for the past 20+ years of his career. Rates himself a perfect 5 out of 5 in terms of infrastructure in different industry especially banking, finances, hedge funds, and insurance.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has great proficiency in Windows platforms, both 10 & 11, strong with Microsoft Office, and considers himself strongest with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and group policies as well; he’s certified Microsoft Exchange as well. Good with cloud platforms both AWS and Azure, also good grasp with networking fundamentals such as OSI layers, routing, switching, and others.
