   He has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. His most recent role was as a project engineer for a construction company, where he was responsible for managing all site-related hardware and software. Due to budget constraints, his position ended last July. His previous experience includes working for a construction company, an outsourcing company, and XXXX in their Hong Kong office. Additionally, he has worked at XXXX and has banking industry experience.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include working with new equipment and software. He is often involved in the installation of new software, which frequently leads to issues for end users. He is responsible for bridging the gap between the end user and the development team to resolve these problems.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   His experience includes upgrading from Windows 7 to 11, working with Microsoft Office, and handling networking tasks such as Fortinet firewalls and switches.
