1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has worked mostly on the telecom industry and started off with XXXX as a Telecom Network Technician where he did 5G radio equipment physical layer solution verifications and testing. After that, moved to XXXX and was involved again with 5G projects and monitor contractors; also was responsible for script development for ETL processes of network performance data. He then switched to XXXX as a Field Engineer where he did network migration, inform migration, etc. Currently, he’s with XXXX as an in-house Network Engineer and doing all the support for them.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be 5G networks and also cybersecurity since these are what he has been doing for the past few years of his career. He is also knowledgeable about the alarm management during his time with XXXX as a backend engineer.    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has the basics to work in NOC and is knowledgeable of OSI and TCP/IP models, can easily troubleshoot. Familiar as well with data transmission network operation principles and networking principles and protocols. Has the knowledge of IP/MPLS networks and DWDM.
