1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He graduated with Bachelor of Telecommunications Engineering in Beijing. After graduating, he came to Hong Kong and worked on quite few jobs including IT and telecommunication areas. His last role was a Business Development Assistant for XXXX where he was doing a lot of factory setting up in terms of networking, system configurations, and satellite controlling as well. Recently, they set up a control center in Tseung Kwan O where he was responsible for the licensing application, technical documentations, and relevant requirements. Before that, he was a Senior Engineer for XXXX where he was involved in two roles: handling the whole infrastructure of the company/system administration and doing QA for OEM products in electronics engineering. He was also a Team Leader for the Voice Engineering Team of XXXX where they were setting up IP system together with his team of engineers and technicians; they were also doing configuration setup, network support, and troubleshooting as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his strong technical skills; he’s keen in doing research and learning different things that comes to his hand. Also, he came from a very technical background then gradually moving up to lead and management roles so he is very good with communication and managing his team members. In terms of the technology side, he is very flexible for and can definitely work and teach a team with different culture.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 20+ years of overall experience in the IT infrastructure industry. Recently, he was setting up HP servers for a data center that they were working on so he’s familiar with server installation and implementation. He has worked on data centers as well so he’s good with server rack and stack, hardware configuration, network cabling, patching, and troubleshooting as well. Proficient already with hardware components and some server management software such as Windows and Linux.
