1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off his career In Canada and was mainly doing technical stuff before. He first joined XXXX as a System Technician where he provided professional hardware/software solution for clients. After that, he was an IT Administrator for XXXX where he was handling servers and modify simple internal networking. Moved to XXXX after that as a Network/System Specialist where he managed 15+ servers and support end-users as well; he was also involved in assembling and deploying servers and network to clients. He then had two more Network and System related roles in Canada for XXXX and XXXX, he moved to Hong Kong after that  and joined XXXX as an Infrastructure Team Leader where he handled different projects and the help desk team itself. After that, he was with XXXX as a Technical Consultant Team Leader and XXXX as a Network/System Specialist where he was deploying system in virtualization and also maintain system infrastructure in virtualization. After that, he was with XXXX as an IT System Consultant, XXXX as an Solution Manager, XXXX as an IT Service Desk Administrator, and XXXX as an IT Consultant where he provided different IT infrastructure solutions to client including Networking, System Infrastructure, Data Center, System Migration, Policy and Documentary. He also does server and network support for that last role.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his soft skills because technology is evolving and he can’t really say he’s stronger on that side. He is great with finding solution and letting his customers understand the solution they want. In terms of the technical side, he is mainly proficient with network and system infrastructure.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has almost 30 years of experience and is strong with IT Infrastructure, he is currently part of migrating the Ali cloud servers from Shenzhen to Hong Kong. He also has experience with all HP, Dell, and Lenovo server hardware installation and implementation; since he has worked on data center solutions, he is good with server rack and stack, hardware configuration, network cabling, and troubleshooting as well. Knowledgeable with hardware components and server management software as well.
