1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has around 20+ years of experience in the electronics engineering field. He started off as a Research Assistant in the XXXX and helped his professors in building their patents and experiments. After that, he moved to XXXX as an Assistant Engineer/Electronic Engineer where he was the designer of different devices such as mobile phones, etc. He was also doing the schematic layouts and prototype building for their mass production. He later on was a Senior Engineer for XXXX where he is introduced to 2.4 gigahertz direct sequencing spectrum, he has built products here from zero/scratch. After that, he was an Electronic Engineer for XXXX where he set up an engineering office in Hong Kong and report to their CEO directly in Germany. Worked as well as an Engineering Manager for XXXX where he built products again from zero and handled about 17 R&D Engineers, they are focused on building any kind of IoT products for home automation. After that, he moved to XXXX as an R&D Director and helped them transformed change management and introduced new products in the IT area. He did almost the same tasks/ responsibilities when he moved to XXXX as a Technical Manager. He then worked with XXXX in Shenzhen where he also helped them become technically strong and was later on promoted to a Senior Program Manager where he helped the company’s process more efficient. His last role was with XXXX as a Principal Engineer and he was the first one to build a station in Malaysia and successfully helped them find a contract manufacturer and ensure that all technical issues has been solved.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be in the electronics engineering side and has great experience with R&Ds as well since he has been in this industry for about 20+ years now. Also good with different electronic components and has done lots of lab testing already.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has worked with FPGAs before and knows how to work on it/program it, also good with PCBAs. Knows how to conduct experiments, do lab testing using different test equipment, and also does the technical reports. Familiar already with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets; also good with digital and analog circuit, also familiar with RF Electronics. But on the software side of doing schematics, not so much experience since he has done it a while ago. Hands on with PCB soldering and rework, also good with RLC laws in actual application.
