1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He had his Masters and Bachelors in Physics and basically concentrated on the field of material science. After graduating, he worked with semiconductors so he’s knowledgeable with wafer processes and evaluations with circuity and fabrication, etching, lithography, and more. After that, moved to XXXX in Germany as a Process & Service Engineer where he mainly took over several roles such as dealing with lots of clients, customers, and vendors, work on machineries for producing PCBs, and such. He is involved from the start to end for the entire development of their machines. Recently, he went back to Hong Kong and is currently a Product Development Officer for XXXX where he helped them look for devices that they have never used in their company and check if it’s interesting or useful for them. From time to time, he does mechanical drawings in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and electrical design boards for PCB. He can also write a code in two or three programming languages in order to develop automated solutions. Aside from that, he’s familiar with lots of laboratory equipment for testing.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill from the technical side would be engineering and his great problem-solving skills. In terms of soft skills, he has great communication skills and can speak several languages so he can communicate with people from different nationalities, backgrounds, and culture. He can also get these people’s strengths and get them together as a team to achieve their goals.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has around 7+ years of experience in the semiconductors industry. Knowledgeable about FPGAs although has worked more with PCBAs, PCBs, electronic components, and semiconductors as well. Good with working on schematic diagrams, board layouts, and datasheets as well. Has done lab testing and has used different kinds of laboratory equipment, also the one generating the technical data analysis and reports and has been doing this for about 6 years now. Has experience reporting directly to their VP, COO, and CTO as well during his time with previous company in Germany. Proficient with PCB soldering and rework, familiar with both digital and analog circuit, as well as analog signal transmissions. Knowledgeable with RLC laws in actual application as well.
