1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started working at XXXX as a Production Maintenance where they sustained the quality improvement for the machines they are taking care of. They mostly do quad package there, worked there for about four years. After that, moved to XXXX as a Process Engineer where he was responsible for the improvement of all the issues they are encountering in their process, he handled deporting, projects, new machine setups as well. He went to Hong Kong after that and applied for XXXX as Production Engineer where he also sustains the productivity of the process, doing reports, troubleshooting, and quality issue improvements.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great problem-solving skills and knowledgeable with different methodologies, which chemical they need to use, and he’s also a critical thinker. On the technical side, he is good with understanding more on electrical and mechanical issues.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has worked a bit on FPGAs and PCBAs as well. He is also familiar already with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets. Also experienced with test equipment such as crosscut, x-ray, and other technical equipment to investigate any issues; also the one doing the technical reports for that, also do data gathering analysis, summary, and final reports. Has experience with PCB soldering and rework as well although he said he might not be an expert in this area. More familiar with analog signals and also have a bit of knowledge with analog mixed board signals.
