1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working with XXXX, employed with XXXX as an Information Technology Help Desk where he is responsible for building computers for end-users especially for new onboarded users, build PCI and set up SCCMs, also install application before handing over the unit to them. Before this, he was with XXXX as an IT Desktop Support where he had to do incidents and video conferencing setup and started off with XXXX as a Desktop Support which is actually a part-time job where they relocated and moved PCs around, and configure it afterwards.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to stay calm in troubleshooting times together with end-users. On top of that, he has great problem solving skills and communication skills. Technical-wise, he is great with networking, SCCM, and active directory as well.
He has about 3 years of experience doing desktop support/helpdesk positions. Strong with Windows 7 & 10 since they are currently using that, along with MS Office and 365 applications. He also has great knowledge of Active Directory and PC/laptop hardware components and peripherals, as well as printers, mobile devices, etc. On top of that, he has great understanding and hands-on with networking, A/V since he has been setting up video conferences as well, and some knowledge of data centers.
