He has extensive hands-on experience with wireless systems, enterprise backup solutions, data monitoring platforms, and virtualization technologies such as VMware. He also manages change control processes and cultural management initiatives within his role. Additionally, he has provided Level 1 and Level 2 user support, ensuring efficient service delivery and technical troubleshooting.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His experience spans both server-side and desktop support, with a focus on process support, server administration, solution design, and delivery in his current role. His proficiency in service management and troubleshooting makes his technical skill set well-rounded.
