1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 30 years of overall experience in the electronics engineering. He has production and design background, also worked before in an R&D during his time with XXXX. He is currently working as a Senior Manager for Product Engineering at XXXX where he is mainly responsible for all the production activities. Before this, was with XXXX as a Product Manager where he led and supervised the whole EE team and project managers as well. Before this, he was a Chief Electronic Engineer for XXXX where he designed telecommunication products such as cordless phones, video phones, and also handled 3-4 electronics engineers under him. He was also an Electronic Engineer I for XXXX where he was responsible for RF circuit design and project management. Started off as a Design Engineer for XXXX and RF Engineer for XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skills would be hardware design and also good with engineering management. He is also experienced with doing PCB design and layouts; either microscopic discrete design or system design.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Familiar with FPGA mostly on the hardware side and on the external circuity but not much on the programming side of it. Good with PCBAs as well and drawing/reading schematics, designing boards, and such. He also has great experience with lab test equipment and has used mostly digital meters, scopes, spectrum analyser, radio frequency, and also signal generator, function generator. He can also write technical data analysis/reports such as failure analysis reports. Hands-on experience with PCB soldering and rework and familiar with both digital and analog circuits; does digital and analog designs. Knowledgeable of RLC laws.
