Since graduation, he has been working inside the NOC industry for around 8 years now. He changed from XXXX to presently XXXX as a NOC Engineer/Senior Engineer. He is proficient with different OSI layers from layer 1 to layer 4 problems. He also has lots of experience on troubleshooting, good with locating the problem, and asking related team or suppliers to fix it.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be in resolving frontline NOC problems and he is also good with troubleshooting. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 when it comes to frontline NOC but of course still wants to learn and improve unexplored areas in NOC.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has 8+ years of experience in NOC industry and has definitely the basics to work as a NOC engineer. Good with OSI layers and TCP/IP models, has great understanding of data transmission network operation principles and equipment as well. He is quite good with networking principles and protocols although not a hundred percent experienced in it. Good with DWDM as well and has knowledge of MPLS as well.
