1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last role was with XXXX as an IT Infrastructure Manager where he is handling the IT team of about 15 people in Hong Kong. He usually handled all the network system, cybersecurity, and even do end-user support; on a daily basis, he operated with different countries’ IT support team inn revamping their networking system. After several months in the job, he has finished setting up about five offices in different countries. Before this, he was with XXXX as an IT Manager where he was doing the same things he did in XXXX; he mostly handle the trading platform, application, and such.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be server-based networking including virtualization, cloud, and Windows Server stuff. So basically, his strongest experiences are within the IT Infrastructure in general since he has been working on this for about 20 years now
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 20+ years of experience in the IT industry and is strong with implementing/installing server hardware platforms mostly for HP and Dell but not much of Lenovo rack servers. Since he has been working in the field for quite some time now, he’s strong already with server rack and stack, hardware configurations, network cabling, and troubleshooting. Also knowledgeable with hardware components and server management software.
