1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been in the IT industry for about 10-15 years now and his expertise is in desktop support and network environment, as well as data center environment. His last role was with XXXX as an Information Technology Support Specialist where he provided desktop support to about 100 users in the Hong Kong branch and nearby branches like Singapore and China. He also manages the server room as well as disaster recovery site for the bank. His day-to-day tasks has been mostly users for ticketing systems with application or user hardware issues or connections and stuff like that. On weekends, they also handle server management and server patching. Before that, he was working for a tech source called XXXX as a Network Support Engineer and also worked XXXX as an NOC Engineer where they dealt with networking and network devices, data center support, and data center related projects.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be user understanding, user support, and user requirements. He’s always comfortable to understand the situation and solve the problem, he has always been in the networking environment; also worked in a data center from a software American company where he communicated with the local teams and third party vendors. Also familiar with VIP user support and their requirements.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has the experience implementing and installing servers especially since he has worked in data centers and as NOC Engineer; also has maintained service for his last role. Familiar with server rack and stack, hardware configurations, networking, and troubleshooting as well since he has been doing IT and user support for networking and data center environments. Knowledgeable with hardware components and server management software.
