1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the IT industry for about 10+ years now. During his last role, he was overseeing the whole IT infrastructure and operation of the company; his duty includes implementing and configuring new hardware and software system, troubleshooting, compare technical issues, and develop/execute IT strategy. Apart from that, he was the one managing the infrastructure components such as device confidence solution and security facility, as well as IPs. He’s also experienced with analysing consumer database application support and security-related projects. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Technical Support Engineer where he also was involved with resolving hardware and software issues including server and network-related problems. Has several IT and Field support as well during the initial years of his career.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his proactivity in the IT Infrastructure field and has the passion for making things right, accurate as much as possible. He also has supported lots of tools in infrastructure as well as servers so he is confident with his IT skills.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience setting up, implementing, and installing servers during his previous company; he has touched Dell, HP, and Lenovo and has done server rack and stack as well. Experienced with hardware configuration, network cabling, and troubleshooting as well since he has been doing this for many years now. He also has good grasp of hardware components and familiar with server management software as well.
