1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and sales, with the last 10 years focused on IT sales and integrated solutions. Currently, he is running his own business, supporting enterprise customers and mid-tier retail shops. His business focuses on providing IT support, including server, desktop, and notebook products, as well as services like deployment and video conferencing solutions. Additionally, he is upgrading his skills in programming, including Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to develop solutions for customers who need support in these areas.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in deploying and developing video conferencing (VC) solutions for customers. In his current job, he has been involved in deploying around 100 VC rooms annually, particularly since COVID. He has expertise in setting up VC systems in meeting rooms, including designing setups with TVs or projectors and configuring sound systems with either speakers or TV-based audio. He has also worked on camera placements, either at the bottom or top of TVs, and positioning microphones, which can be placed on the ceiling, to ensure optimal coverage for meetings. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been into IT field for more than 20 years including sales. He has over 10 years of experience with ServiceNow and holds ITIL knowledge and certification. His background includes selling and supporting infrastructure products like networking, software, and servers. His also knowledgeable in OS platforms such as Windows, Active directory, Linux and Unix. Also, he has some networking experience in managing Cisco Routers, LAN & Wireless LAN, Layer 2  Switch and TCP/IP.
