1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working with XXXX as a Service Delivery Specialist where he is working as a project manager performing the connectivity, service delivery such as private lines, EPL, MPLS, internet connectivity to customers. He has worked for several providers as well including XXXX and XXXX. He also has acquired the CCNP before and has technical experience with routers, Juniper routers, etc. Before this, he was a Technical Manager for XXXX where he was responsible for overseeing IT operations. He started off with more technical roles at XXXX and XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be his skills in managing different types of carriers all over the world. He has managed different stakeholders including in the areas of Japan, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, and other Asia regions. He also needs to sometimes deal with account executives and work with engineers to validate deployment rundowns and technical aspects.    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    Has about 18+ years of experience in network/technical industry. Very knowledgeable with OSI layers and TCP/IP models. He also has great experience with data transmission network operation principles and equipment, proficient with networking principles and protocols. He is also experienced with MPLS networks and DWDM networks.
